a CHRISTMAS wedding at Fetcham park, Surrey
The love just oozes out of these two, I was so honoured to be asked to capture the intimate wedding of Zee & Fred in December 2024 at the gorgeous Fetcham Park. The ceremony was so full of love and laughter, the registrars did a great job of getting to know Zee & Fred in the time they had to make the ceremony personal too.
Fetcham Park is a historic venue with about roughly a million different places to take photos and honestly, I could spend all day here and still have new places to take photos the next time I went. The walls are full of murals and art; each corner feels like a piece of history. The staff were also very welcoming and accommodating.
Christmas is such a great time to get married as most venues will already have decor in place saving money and adding a little sparkly magic to a space, I used the trees in some of the photos as it tells part of thier wedding day story.
This venue is fairly dim at this time of year so I have used flash to bring the wedding to life, using light bounced off celings and windows the look is still natural while adding a little light and clarity. You can read more about my use of flash here.

I had a look around the venue and found a lovely place I could fit everyone in, it was a cold day and we didn't want to bring everyone outside so we set up in the gorgeous Salon.
