Your honeymoon post wedding photoshoot in London, England

Let me look after you.

Planning a wedding is so hard and your honeymoon should be relaxing and memorable. I want to make the experience of planning a date on your honeymoon for a photoshoot and spending a half day with me as easy as possible.

  1. Get in touch here and let me know when you're coming to London

  2. I'll book in a zoom call for us to get to know each other and for me to ask you a few questions so that I can tailor the perfect curated morning or afternoon out for the two of you.

  3. Arrive at the agreed location and I'll capture the experience for you and deliver both a beautiful experience and a gorgeous gallery to remember your honeymoon.

Let's start with 1. Coming to London for your Honeymoon

London is a pretty big place with hundreds of landmarks and dozens of memorable iconic places to take epic photos. Once you know when and we're exactly you are staying my planning can commence.

2. Tailoring the perfect day out for your honeymoon photoshoot.

Every couple is different, me and my husband are foodies so our perfect date is a few different street food stalls and a hot coffee probably with lots of walking in-between! You might be Bridgerton fans who want to shoot outside Hampton Court Palace or music lovers who want to hop over to Abbey Road. On our zoom call we will talk about your perfect date, timings, costs and ideas and once you've paid your deposit I will get to work on your date day proposal.

I'll cover everything from timings to walking routes, approvals and consents at locations and back ups for inclement weather. You might just want to capture as many of the iconic locations as possible on your trip or you might want a more curated date.

Have a look at a sample tailored 70s disco themed date pack here featuring fun neon crazy golf, 70's inspired bars for cocktails and a roller skating lesson for two in central London with a chauffeur driven BMW route planned to catch all the night time sights of London in August.

This guide includes stock imagery, for examples of my photography please see here.

Or go to my website here.

This is just an idea but I am confident I can build the most incredible date for you in the city with your personality and aesthetic in mind to take all the stress away.

3. On the day of your honeymoon photoshoot

My approach is all about capturing that real memory and emotion so I'll step back wherever possible and let you enjoy yourselves while capturing each moment. There will be time and moments within the date where I will step in to direct a few key shots to ensure you get those print worthy images too and we can talk about how that looks for you both on our consultation.

I work with an assistant so if you do fancy a change of clothes you can bring what you need and I have spare hands to help carry items.

If you'd like help with getting glammed up for the honeymoon photoshoot in London I can recommend amazing hair, makeup and styling that can come to you.

A price guide for this unique once in a lifetime photoshoot.

This once in a lifetime photoshoot can cost in the range of £850 to £2000 depending on your requirements and goals for the shoot, due to the nature of a highly personalised and curated session you must also consider additional date expenses beyond my fee such as transport for yourselves and food and drink which we can discuss on your consultation.

What's next

The first step is just to get in touch, the consultation is complimentary and if you think we're a good fit we can go from there. I can't wait to work with you!

Love your new bestie, Cat x

hi! I'm cat and i am a full time wedding photographer
(and a little bit of a photography geek!)

I started taking photos as a teenager, my Dad was a wedding photographer and I would often help him. In 2021 I left my corporate job with a dream and hope that I could make photography a full time job. Since then I have been pouring my heart and soul into this business and have been honoured to be chosen as wedding photographer for so many lovely couples as well as being a portrait and event photographer.
I TAKE CLASSIC, TIMELESS, DOCUMENTARY STYLE PHOTOGRAPHS WITH MINIMAL INTRUSION

But I will step in and offer gentle guidance when it's right to do so, I have learned over the years to read the room, anticipate the next move, hold space when needed and offer support when I can.

aRE YOU LOOKING FOR A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
When choosing a wedding photographer, consider their style, experience, portfolio, and reviews from previous clients. It's also important to discuss pricing, availability, and any specific requests you may have.

Don't forget to meet with them in person to ensure you have good chemistry and feel comfortable with their approach.

Once you have narrowed down your list of potential wedding photographers, it's a good idea to ask them some key questions to help you make your final decision.

Here are a few questions to consider:

  • What is your photography style? Do you prefer a more traditional approach or a more candid, documentary style?

  • Do you have experience with weddings of a similar size and style to mine?

  • Can I see a full gallery of a recent wedding you photographed? This will give you a better sense of their consistency and quality of work.

  • Do you have backup equipment in case something goes wrong on the day of the wedding?

  • How do you handle difficult lighting situations (e.g. low light, harsh sunlight, indoor vs. outdoor)? This will help you gauge their technical expertise.

  • What is included in your packages? Are there any additional fees I should be aware of (e.g. travel, overtime)?

  • How long will it take to receive my photos after the wedding? Will they be edited and retouched?

  • Can you accommodate any special requests I have (e.g. specific shots, family portraits)?

  • How do you ensure that you capture all of the important moments on the day of the wedding?

By asking these questions and having an open and honest conversation with your wedding photographer, you can ensure that you find the right fit for your big day.
